Job Description
Manukau Toyota, the flagship dealership of the Manukau Toyota Group , is looking for an experienced Vehicle Administrator to join its busy Finance & Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous dealership administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and delivering exceptional support to the wider team. Working closely with the Sales, Finance and Administration departments, you'll play a key role in processing vehicle transactions, registrations and dealership documentation while helping ensure the smooth operation of one of New Zealand's busiest Toyota dealerships. This is a varied role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
