In this hands‑on role, you will repair, replace, and recalibrate vehicle glass using cutting‑edge tools and technology—delivering top‑quality workmanship every time. You’ll also be the face of our service, working directly with customers to provide expert advice, offer value‑added products, and ensure every interaction is a great one. Hours: 40 hours, rostered across the week (Monday to Friday). Requirements Motivated people with a passion for hands‑on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail. 3 years' Autoglass repair and replacement experience. A passion for exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value‑added products and services. Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (25kg) during a normal working day. A clean driver's license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement. You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand. Must be willing to complete a drug and alcohol pre‑employment test as part of our selection process.
