You’ll also be the face of our service, working directly with customers to provide expert advice, offer value‑added products, and ensure every interaction is a great one. Hours: 40 hours, rostered across the week (Monday to Friday). Requirements Motivated people with a passion for hands‑on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail. 3 years' Autoglass repair and replacement experience. A passion for exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value‑added products and services. Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (25kg) during a normal working day. A clean driver's license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement. You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand. Must be willing to complete a drug and alcohol pre‑employment test as part of our selection process.
