Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale land development project from commencement through to completion. Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams to drive project performance. Monitor project costs, budgets, claims, and financial reporting. Manage variations, contracts, and client relationships. Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met across the project. Lead site meetings, toolbox talks, and project reporting. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil construction, earthworks, land development, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of project programming, financial management, and contract administration. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders. Sound knowledge of New Zealand construction contracts and project delivery practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A proactive and solutions-focused approach. Current New Zealand driver's licence.
