We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scheduler to join our Homebased Support Service, supporting over 600 clients through a workforce of more than 400 Support Workers. Employees are expected to carry out their duties professionally while adhering to all legal requirements, organisational policies, and procedures. Flexibility in hours may be required to meet operational needs. This is a critical role responsible for coordinating client and staff rosters to ensure safe, timely, and person-centred care. You will work closely with Supervisors, Registered Health Professionals, and Payroll to manage workforce allocation, respond to service changes, maintain schedule accuracy, and support continuity of care for whānau. Experience in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Care Call is highly desirable. Commitment to kaupapa Māori values and culturally responsive practice.
