Role responsibilities may include: Processing and checking invoices for payment runs Paying staff expenses Ordering, replacing, cancelling, and amending credit card limits Reconciliations of supplier statements Filing and generating weekly reports What we need from you: Be available immediately or have a short notice period You will have good all-round accounting skills, you will have worked in AP/AR and done some payroll, we are looking for candidates at all levels You must be able to provide two excellent references from previous employers that you have reported into Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in the use of Excel, Word or any related MS Office skills Why Madison?
