The Opportunity: Are you an experienced stores professional with a passion for logistics, procurement, and customer service? Join our Rentals NZ team in Queenstown as a Stores person on a full time, permanent basis and play a key role in ensuring our stores are stocked, efficient, and ready to deliver outstanding service. You will carry out a range of logistical, inventory, purchasing, stock reconciliation, and administrative tasks to help ensure the Stores department is appropriately stocked and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Experience in vehicle parts, stores, inventory, or administrative roles. Strong vehicle parts knowledge and an interest in improving processes. Confidence using Microsoft applications and working with numbers. Operate purchasing systems and processes in line with industry best practice. Maintain accurate inventory control and generate timely purchase orders. Monitor and manage stock levels, including urgent orders and returns. Execute receiving and dispatching of stock, ensuring all items are correctly tracked. Negotiate with suppliers and ensure products meet business and fleet requirements. Support branch staff and contribute to skills development. Uphold company policies, health & safety, and thl brand standards. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a store’s environment. Strong procurement, purchasing, and parts management background. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Stock planning and vehicle knowledge. Process improvement mindset and ability to think outside the box. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
