Studio Assistant

We're looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Studio Assistant to join our Marketing team and play a key role in bringing every campaign, product launch and piece of content to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion, photography and styling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making sure every detail is perfect. What you'll be doing You'll: Manage and organise product samples for ecommerce, social media, EDM, POS and PR shoots. Style and prepare garments to ensure every product looks its absolute best. Capture high-quality flat lay photography and support ecommerce image production. Crop, edit, label and file imagery accurately using our photography workflow. Assist with creating engaging social content, including photography and video. Support campaign and editorial shoots from planning through to execution. Coordinate shoot logistics including booking models, organising travel and managing shoot schedules. Maintain our studio, equipment and supplies so everything is ready to go when inspiration strikes. Work closely with Buying, Digital, Content and Marketing teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and on brand. Look for ways to improve processes and maximise studio efficiency. About you You'll have a natural creative eye combined with exceptional organisation skills. You're equally happy steaming garments, styling a flat lay, editing imagery or coordinating a busy shoot schedule. Ideally you'll bring: 1-2 years' experience in a photography, fashion or creative studio environment. Experience with garment styling and sample management. A strong understanding of photography, composition and visual presentation. Confidence using studio equipment and editing software such as Capture One, Photoshop or similar. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Outstanding attention to detail, you notice the small things that make a big difference. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves. A genuine passion for fashion, creativity and the Hallensteins brand. A qualification in Photography, Design, Fashion or Styling would be advantageous but isn't essential. You'll join a passionate Marketing team that loves creating work we're proud of.
