Job Description
Doist is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the Processing department on the Afternoon shift (3pm–11:30pm, Monday to Friday). You’ll be on the floor with 14–16 staff, solving problems and leading from the front to keep production moving. You’ll use data to drive productivity, manage workloads and training, and make timely decisions including spend on RM. This is a hands-on role, not office-based or management-only. #J-18808-Ljbffr
