Landscape gardener/ trainee

We are looking for someone to train up to become a Landscape Gardener at Stone Landscapes Ltd in Christchurch, Canterbury. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in constructing and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. What you'll be doing Working alongside experienced landscapers to create beautiful gardens Prepare and landscape garden beds, borders and other outdoor areas Install landscape features such as pathways, patios and garden structures Provide ongoing maintenance and care for established landscapes Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the successful delivery of landscape projects Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety on site What we're looking for Someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Demonstrated skills in landscape construction and maintenance techniques Knowledge of plants, materials and equipment used in landscape gardening Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work A positive, collaborative approach and the ability to work as part of a team A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport What we offer At Stone Landscapes, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
