Senior Roofing Foreman - Partnership Potential Are you a skilled roofing professional with leadership experience and a passion for delivering high-quality results? We are seeking a Roofing Foreman to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing projects, ensuring safety, and driving team success. Top Gun Roofing are specialists in Long Run Iron Roofing, Cladding, Fascia, Spouting and Downpipes. We are based in Papamoa, servicing clients throughout Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Te Puke, Rotorua, Katikati, and Waihi. Key Responsibilities: Hands-On Installation: Work on the tools alongside the team, installing roofing materials and ensuring all workmanship meets company standards. Team Supervision: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of roofing professionals to ensure exceptional performance. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety policies, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Project Management: Oversee multiple roofing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on site. Director Communication: Report regularly to the Director on project progress, team performance, and any challenges requiring attention. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company quality standards, conducting thorough inspections throughout and upon project completion. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the course of a project promptly and efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience in roofing and team supervision (6+ years experience preferred). Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. Excellent understanding of workplace health and safety requirements. Strong leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
