The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled, driven, and adaptable AV Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Bring: Technical Expertise: Strong experience in all aspects of Lighting, alongside solid capability in Video, Audio, and Networking. Industry Experience: A proven track record in a similar live AV tech role. Leadership & Autonomy: A mature approach to work. You are just as comfortable working solo as you are collaborating in a crew or heading up an event and marshalling resources effectively. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on your feet, use your initiative, and troubleshoot on the spot to ensure events run flawlessly. Soft Skills: Top-tier communication, organizational skills, and a sharp attention to detail. Stamina & Flexibility: A good level of physical fitness, as well as the flexibility to work after-hours and weekends in a dynamic, growing business environment. What’s in it for You?
