The Role You will join a growing engineering team contributing to a national portfolio of projects. This is a senior position that blends hands‑on technical drafting across both project delivery with supervisor / team lead leadership duties. Role Requirements Proven experience in structural drafting and detailing across steel and reinforced concrete structures Strong capability using Revit and CAD software Background in complex or industrial projects such as substations, energy, or heavy infrastructure structures Experience mentoring and driving drafting efficiency and quality Ability to take ownership of workload and deliver projects What's in it for You?
