ABOUT THE ROLE - MO TE TUNGA

As a Research & Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality research, analysis, and reporting that supports business performance and member-centric decision making. You will act as a trusted source of research data and insights, ensuring data quality and integrity while helping to validate new service offerings and improve member experiences.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external research partners, you will contribute to a culture that values evidence-based decision making and champions a data-centric approach across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver research projects, reporting, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse survey and research data, translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand research needs and deliver value.
  • Manage relationships with external research providers and support project delivery.
  • Maintain data quality, compliance, and research best practices.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and visualisations that communicate insights effectively.

ABOUT YOU - HE KORERO MOU

You are a curious, analytical professional who can translate complex information into clear insights and practical recommendations. Confident working with stakeholders and managing competing priorities, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a research, insights, digital performance, marketing, or data-driven environment, with strong quantitative research and survey analysis skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and present insights through compelling storytelling, visualisation, and reporting.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels.
  • Experience with tools such as Qualtrics and Tableau, market research, data analytics, or panel management will be highly regarded.
  • Desired - tertiary qualification in marketing, business, data science, economics, research, or a related field.
