As part of an exciting businesstransformation, we're strengthening how performance is measured, understood andtranslated into action across our cooperative. We're looking for a strategicand commercially minded Head of Performance & Insight to lead acritical enterprise capability that helps drive better decisions, strongerperformance and greater return on investment.

Reporting to the Chief Financial &Performance Officer, you'll provide a connected view of performance acrossthe business, ensuring financial, operational and commercial metrics aretranslated into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.You'll play a key role in helping the organisation prioritise investments,track value realisation and create transparency around business performance.

As our Head of Performance & Insight,you'll ensure the business has the insights, frameworks and performance systemsneeded to make confident, value-driven decisions.

You’ll:

• Lead the enterprise performance framework, connecting financial,operational and commercial performance across the organisation.
\n
• Design and implement integrated performance systems that translatestrategy into measurable outcomes.
\n
• Provide enterprise-wide insights that identify opportunities, risksand drivers of performance.
\n
• Establish leading indicators and early warning signals to supportproactive decision-making.
\n
• Oversee business case governance, investment evaluation and capitalallocation frameworks.
\n
• Assess and validate investment opportunities, ensuring resourcesare directed towards the highest-value initiatives.
\n
• Track value realisation across projects, programmes, partnershipsand business initiatives.
\n
• Transform complex data into clear, compelling insights andrecommendations for senior leaders.
\n
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on analytics,performance and business impact.

• Leadership experience in commercial finance, business analytics,strategy or a related discipline.
\n
• Strong expertise in enterprise performance frameworks, businesscase development and investment evaluation.
\n
• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights forexecutive audiences.
\n
• A deep understanding of financial, operational and commercialperformance drivers.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work acrossmultiple functions.
\n
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
\n
• A passion for helping organisations achieve better outcomes throughdata-led decision-making.
