We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Performance & Insight to lead a critical enterprise capability that helps drive better decisions, stronger performance and greater return on investment.Reporting to the Chief Financial & Performance Officer , you'll provide a connected view of performance across the business, ensuring financial, operational and commercial metrics are translated into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You'll play a key role in helping the organisation prioritise investments, track value realisation and create transparency around business performance. What You'll Be Doing Lead the enterprise performance framework, connecting financial, operational and commercial performance across the organisation. Design and implement integrated performance systems that translate strategy into measurable outcomes. Provide enterprise-wide insights that identify opportunities, risks and drivers of performance. Establish leading indicators and early warning signals to support proactive decision-making. Oversee business case governance, investment evaluation and capital allocation frameworks. Assess and validate investment opportunities, ensuring resources are directed towards the highest-value initiatives. Track value realisation across projects, programmes, partnerships and business initiatives. Transform complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior leaders. Build and lead a high-performing team focused on analytics, performance and business impact. What You'll Bring Leadership experience in commercial finance, business analytics, strategy or a related discipline. Strong expertise in enterprise performance frameworks, business case development and investment evaluation. Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences. A deep understanding of financial, operational and commercial performance drivers. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple functions. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A passion for helping organisations achieve better outcomes through data-led decision-making.
