Organisational Development Business Partner
Job Description
We are looking for an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist to join our Open Polytechnic People, Culture & Wellbeing team. We have some exciting organisational people related projects on the go and are looking for someone to be involved in driving and implementing them.
\nThe focus of your role as OD Specialist will be to help build people capability and kaimahi engagement across the Open Polytechnic. In collaboration with your People, Culture and Wellbeing colleagues, you will do this through developing and delivering structured OD and L&D initiatives, programmes, tools and resources that support the strategic direction of Open Polytechnic.
\nThis is a full-time role, based at our Lower Hutt campus, with flexibility for hybrid working.

- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources Management. \n
- Preferably 3+ years' experience working in organisational development roles. \n
- Sound theoretical and working knowledge of the full range of contemporary organisational development activities, initiatives and design and implementation principles. \n
- Proven experience in developing and implementing OD strategies, policies, initiatives, as well as working on learning, development and professional development programmes. Experience working with unions would be useful. \n
- Sound knowledge and experience in applying change management, stakeholder engagement and project management principles, preferably within a complex or constantly changing organisation. \n
- Experience in using data to guide decision making and development of OD solutions, including tracking, analysing and reporting on the success of initiatives. \n
