As an SAP Supply Chain Consultant (Inventory & Warehouse Management), you will play a key role in reviewing, refining and enhancing existing SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) configurations within a live environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption while driving improvements across supply chain processes, inventory control, and system integrations.

Responsibilities: Functional Consulting\n
    \n
  • Review and optimize existing SAP IM/WM/EWM configuration in a brownfield environment
  • \n
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications
  • \n
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice supply chain solutions
  • \n
  • Configure and support core IM/WM/EWM processes including:
  • \n
  • Goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers
  • \n
  • Inventory control and physical inventory
  • \n
  • Warehouse structures, bin management, picking, packing and staging
  • \n
  • Support master data definition and governance including material master, storage locations, and warehouse structures
  • \n
  • Prepare functional specification documents for RICEFW objects
  • \n
  • Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, EWM/TM, and Finance) on integration touchpoints
  • \n
  • Participate in workshops, walkthroughs, and solution presentations
  • \n
Integration & Process Improvement\n
    \n
  • Support integration activities including API mapping, testing and functional alignment across supply chain and external systems (e.g. procurement, logistics providers, 3PLs)
  • \n
  • Analyse end-to-end supply chain processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
  • \n
  • Ensure alignment between warehouse operations, inventory processes, and upstream/downstream systems
  • \n
Testing Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Create and execute detailed test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases
  • \n
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • \n
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • \n
  • Regression testing
  • \n
  • Log defects, track resolution, and validate fixes
  • \n
  • Work closely with business users to validate supply chain processes and expected outcomes
  • \n
  • Ensure all testing deliverables meet quality and audit standards
  • \n
General\n
    \n
  • Deliver documentation across gap analysis, process design, and configuration
  • \n
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and technical teams
  • \n
  • Support ongoing system improvements, enhancements, and transformation initiatives
  • \n
