As a Lending Partner, you’ll work across a regional portfolio, liftinglending capability through technical coaching, training and support. Workingclosely with frontline lenders and their leaders, you’ll help people developthe confidence, competence and expertise required to deliver great outcomes forcustomers, while meeting risk and compliance expectations.

Your mahi will focus on:\n

• Delivering lending training, coaching and capability assessments.
\n
• Supporting lenders through their development and certification journey.
\n
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting our people to succeed.
\n
• Building lending confidence and technical expertise
\n
• Working alongside leaders to identify capability gaps and support leaders to create development plans.

This opportunity requires someone who bringsstrong technical lending experience, coupled with coaching andrelationship-building skills with a passion for helping others succeed and adesire to challenge the status quo!

You will bring proven experience with:\n

• Residential property lending within theNew Zealand banking or mortgage industry.
\n
• Delivering training, facilitation orcoaching in one-on-one or group settings.
\n
• Analysing performance data and identifydevelopment opportunities.
\n
• Stakeholder management and the ability toinfluence at all levels.
\n
• A customer-focused mindset and acommitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
\n
