About the Role We are seeking a trade-qualified builder who takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship. Working alongside a skilled and supportive team, you'll be involved in constructing architecturally designed villas and community facilities to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Erecting frames and trusses Timber framing Forming flat roofs Installing windows Cedar cladding installation Installing timber and Villaboard soffits Completing finishing lines and detailed carpentry work Formwork for concrete patios and driveways About You To be successful in this role, you will have: NZ Trade Qualification in Carpentry Proven residential building experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Full New Zealand Driver Licence Your own reliable vehicle A comprehensive set of tools A positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude Permanent residency or the legal right to work permanently in New Zealand Hours of Work Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm What We Offer Starting rate from $42.00 per hour A supportive team culture and positive work environment Consistent work on a long-term development project Opportunities for career growth and advancement Diverse and rewarding work on a high-end retirement village Ongoing training and development opportunities Please note: We are not engaging contractors for this position.
