Workshop Controller at Volvo, Polestar, and Lotus An exciting opportunity to officially represent premium vehicle brands Supportive team in a nationwide group with professional training and tool allowance Senior responsibilities, including Workshop Control, with career advancement potential We’re looking for a Workshop Controller and Senior Vehicle Technician to join Archibalds’ Volvo, Polestar, and Lotus workshop in the heart of Christchurch. About the role You’ll be joining our team of professional technicians, carrying out servicing, repairs, and WOFs on our customers’ vehicles as well as vehicles destined for our showroom while assisting in the overall management of the workshop. As a Workshop Controller and technician with an official franchise dealership, you’ll have access to a range of resources and support, as well as training and certifications that are globally recognised. You’ll receive: Support and guidance to maximise your ability to achieve your personal potential Proven, accredited training through the Volvo, Polestar, and Lotus networks A tool allowance … and everything you need to perform your role to the best of your ability You’ll be working alongside our management, parts, sales, finance, admin, and marketing teams to help deliver a level of service to our customers that is second-to-none. Experience with modern, advanced electric vehicles Relevant qualifications, with WOF certification preferred but not essential Self-motivation to work efficiently and to deadlines A full, respectable New Zealand driver’s licence Full rights to work in New Zealand Leading edge experience with advanced technology vehicles would be a significant advantage, although significant, brand-specific training and resources will be provided.
