Coupland's Bakeries is one of New Zealand's largest independently owned bakeries, with 25 retail stores, two production facilities and a nationwide wholesale network. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Co-ordinator to join our Christchurch-based team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll be involved in a wide variety of marketing projects including promotions, product launches, customer engagement initiatives, website development, loyalty programmes and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions Assist with product launches and new product development projects Support customer loyalty and engagement initiatives Manage website content and digital marketing activities Create marketing content across a range of channels Analyse campaign performance and customer insights Assist with market research and competitor monitoring Explore and implement new technologies, including AI tools, to improve marketing effectiveness Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time About You 3+ years marketing experience Strong project coordination and organisational skills Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics Comfortable using technology and keen to embrace AI tools A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in FMCG, retail or food industries would be advantageous Why Join Us?
