Warehouse & Production Assistant

Gaming Machine Distributors – Christchurch, South Island Working closely with our Workshop & Logistics Manager, Service Manager, and Electronic Gaming Technicians, you will be responsible for preparing gaming machines for deployment, maintaining warehouse operations, and supporting installation planning. Key responsibilities Testing Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) to ensure they are fully operational before dispatch. Installing and updating gaming software and firmware. Diagnosing and resolving minor technical faults. Preparing gaming machines and equipment for customer installations. Receiving, recording, and managing warehouse stock and equipment. Coordinating with technicians to ensure installation schedules are achieved. Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel and company systems. Building positive working relationships with technicians, suppliers, and Trust representatives. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment. About you Strong technical aptitude with experience working on electronic equipment. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organisational and communication skills. The ability to work both independently and within a team. A high level of attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Physical fitness to safely move and prepare gaming equipment. A current Full New Zealand driver's licence. Forklift Driver's Licence is a plus but not essential.
