What is your role? You'll lead the technical delivery of electrical engineering projects across a diverse range of sectors, taking ownership from concept through to construction. This means managing design outputs, coordinating with architects, other disciplines and contractors, and maintaining the quality and schedule of projects you lead. You'll also play an important role in the development of the Adelaide team, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the culture and capability of the office. Client liaison is a natural part of your week, and you'll be comfortable holding relationships and representing ADP Consulting with confidence on site and in meetings. About You You are a strong Associate Electrical Engineer who is ready for more. You have the technical foundation and the project experience to lead, and you are looking for a firm that will give you the room and the title to do it. You are comfortable working across sectors, confident with clients, and motivated by the idea of helping build something in Adelaide, not just working in it. You bring solid experience in electrical services design in building services consulting, with a track record of delivering projects across multiple sectors. You are confident leading projects end-to-end, managing design programs, coordinating with other disciplines and keeping clients informed throughout. You have experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers and you take that responsibility seriously. You have a sound understanding of Australian Standards, NCC and the regulatory requirements that apply to electrical services design in South Australia. You communicate clearly with clients and consultants, and you represent yourself and your team with confidence in project meetings and on site. You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in electrical engineering and are working towards or hold professional registration in South Australia. Why ADP Consulting?
