About the Role This is a hands-on cleaning position working primarily across Airbnb accommodation, with occasional commercial office cleaning. we are currently seeking two reliable and motivated cleaners to join our growing team on a permanent basis. Your duties will include: Cleaning Airbnb accommodation and commercial premises to a consistently high standard. Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas. Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces. Cleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfaces where required. Changing bed linen, making beds and restocking guest amenities. Laundry and linen handling. Removing rubbish and replenishing consumable items. Reporting maintenance issues or property damage promptly. Safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Travelling between multiple work sites using a company vehicle during work hours. Working independently and as part of a team. Maintaining consistently high cleaning standards. Following company cleaning procedures and health and safety requirements. Hours Permanent full-time position. Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week . Typical working hours are between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm , Monday to Sunday, according to a roster. Weekend work forms a regular part of this role. Public holiday work may be required. Pay $28.00 per hour. Weekly pay via bank transfer. Skills & Experience Have excellent attention to detail. Be reliable, punctual and honest. Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Be physically fit, as this role involves manual work and travelling between multiple work sites. Be able to work efficiently without compromising quality. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Hold a current driver’s licence that allows them to legally drive in New Zealand (preferred but not essential). Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. No formal qualifications are required.
