We are currently looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our Facebook and Google marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and brand growth within a retail environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns Generate quality leads, website traffic, and in-store customer enquiries Monitor advertising performance, budgets, ROAS, and campaign analytics Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns Create engaging ad copy, promotional content, and marketing strategies Coordinate with sales and management teams for campaign planning and promotions Manage Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related platforms Improve SEO, online visibility, and brand awareness Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior Assist with social media content planning and digital growth strategies Ensure marketing campaigns align with company branding and business goals Sounds like you?
