Counties Manukau Health is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join the Community Stroke Rehabilitation (CSR) and Assessment, Treatment & Rehabilitation teams in Auckland. The role provides stroke specialist rehabilitation in clients' homes and supports self-management within an interdisciplinary team. This part-time 0.7FTE position is fixed term until May 2027.
