Our Australia andNew Zealand team, comprising over 150 skilled professionals, isdedicated to achieving outstanding results through customer service andteam collaboration. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering delivery across multiple Springbrook-owned businesses in ANZ. Asa Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of softwareimplementation and development projects across a growing SaaSenvironment. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll beresponsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time andwithin budget. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects, oversee resources,timelines, and risks, and ensure strong governance and communicationthroughout the project lifecycle. This is a highly visible role whereyou'll build strong stakeholder relationships, drive deliveryexcellence, and contribute to continuous improvement across the PMO. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software implementation projects Define project scope, plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned to business and client goals Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and stakeholders Produce regular status reports and ensure accurate project documentation Ensure adherence to project management standards, governance, and methodologies Drive quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations effectively Contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO and delivery practices About You Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software, SaaS, or technology environments Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities Excellent stakeholder management skills with client-facing experience Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels Solid understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks Experience managing project risks, budgets, schedules, and resources Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Smartsheets, Kantata, Salesforce or similar) Highly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation discipline Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to navigate challenges effectively A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are desirable What's on Offer Opportunity to work on impactful, end-to-end SaaS and ERP implementation projects Exposure to a diverse client base across local government, utilities, and not-for-profit sectors A collaborative and growing PMO with the chance to shape delivery practices Collaborative, growth-focused environment within a global software group Hybrid working environment based in Melbourne or Sydney A culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer success #J-18808-Ljbffr
