ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking foradynamic and experienced Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant to join our busy team to assist with the strategic planning and delivery of commercial projects withinCanterbury This is a fast-paced role within theproject managementteam and requires apro-activeteam player who hasexcellent communication skills and the ability to buildstrongrelationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have an exemplary track record of being able to co-ordinate multiple priorities at the same time, meeting deadlines whilst achieving a quality outcome. You’ll be detail focussed and confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating a range of digital tools to support project delivery. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes to succeed in this position: Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills. Able to work to deadlines and self-manage to do so Experience in a supporting role across a team(s) Good computer literacywith excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Professional, approachable, adaptable with a good attitude Familiarity with procurement and or construction is advantageous Responsibilities Compile, organise, and maintain key project documentation. Provide support in project scoping and procurement verification. Support the life cycle of multiple projects from preparation and submission of projects through to reconciliations and completion of close-out documentation. Accurately enter and validate data across multiple project systems. Transfer information from plans, tables, and cloud-based applications into computer files or online platforms. Maintain accurate and well-organised records. Work with a range of data types and file formats, collaborating with industry experts to produce precise summaries and estimates.
