The role Our St Johns Wood village in Taupö are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join their dedicated team. What you’ll be doing: Beingthe welcoming face of our business Providing excellent administrative support Ensuring the smooth running of service delivery Delivering an exceptional experience for all residents and guests Delivering professional customer service and administrative assistancein a style that brings calm to a busy environment. What you’ll bring: 3+ years’ experience in a similar position An ability toproblem solve effectively as you will be dealing with all manner of people and queries from visitors, contractors, residents and their families Experience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers Excellent computer skills.In particular, with the Microsoft suite An ability to build rapport, provide assistanceand treat residents with respect Oceania Careers Reimagining the Retirement and Aged Care Living experience in New Zealand.
