The Opportunity This is a rare chance to move beyond project design and delivery and take ownership of an engineering function. You'll lead capital works, infrastructure development and asset management while working alongside an experienced leadership team committed to building a high-performing business. From cell construction and earthworks through to long-term infrastructure planning, you'll see the direct impact of your work every day. You'll also have the opportunity to build engineering capability as the business continues to grow. About You You're a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving problems, and working closely with operational teams. You may already be leading projects, contractors or small teams and are looking for the opportunity to broaden your responsibility and develop your leadership capability. You'll bring: Experience in civil, infrastructure or heavy industrial environments Strong project and contractor management skills A practical, hands-on approach to engineering Excellent communication and a genuine desire to lead Why MDL?
