Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora invites an experienced Social Worker to join the Crisis Resolution Service at Palmerston North Hospital. You will perform psychosocial and risk assessments, provide input during crisis evaluations, and support access to community resources for tangata whaiora and whānau.
