Qualified Builder / Building Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated Qualified Builder and/or Apprentice Builder to join our growing construction team across the Bay of Plenty. Your main gig will be helping deliver quality homes that our clients are proud to call home. Whether you're a qualified builder looking for your next challenge or an apprentice keen to continue learn from experienced tradespeople, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in doing great work and having a laugh along the way. If you're reliable, motivated, and enjoy seeing a home come together from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Build quality homes to a high standard. Work alongside builders, apprentices, subcontractors, and site teams. Follow plans and site programmes to keep projects on track. Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional worksite. Take pride in delivering workmanship you can stand behind. About You: Hold a recognised building qualification, or be actively working towards one through an apprenticeship. Reliable, hardworking, and keen to get stuck in. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Take pride in producing quality work. Work well with others and communicate effectively on site. Understand the importance of health and safety. Have reliable transport and the tools needed for your level of experience. What’s in it for you?
