Assemble in Auckland is seeking a Property Analyst to join the Finance Team. You will own feasibility modelling for developments and acquisitions, support due diligence, and translate numbers into actionable investment recommendations. This role focuses on cash flow forecasting, NPV/IRR analysis, and project accounting for active developments, plus monthly reporting to the board.
