Geotechnical Director

$150,000 - $190,000 a year Full time Are you an experienced Geotechnical Engineer looking for either a new opportunity within the Bay of Plenty or looking to relocate to Tauranga? If you are, then this could be the perfect role for you. You will be required to apply your geotechnical expertise to a full range of projects throughout the region and wider New Zealand. You will be working with and along side a fantastic team which is in serious growth mode. Assisting in market development, client management and the expansion of the geotechnical team. On a daily basis you will be involved in: Technically hands on, reviewing and monitoring of geotechnical projects, Establishing and building on new and existing relationships, and winning repeat business. You will prepare submissions in response to tender, and client requests. As this is a senior Level role, your job management will include financial management, programming, quality control, and managing technical inputs from team members and sub consultants. The Design management aspect will include preparation of geotechnical reports for urban and rural projects, land development, civil structures, water and sewer pipelines and associated facilities. To be the successful candidate you will need to be qualified with a BE (Civil) or similar. Preferably a chartered civil engineer with ENZ or close to Chartership.
