You’ll work alongside an experienced senior team while taking ownership of digital marketing, social media and communications activity. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll provide hands-on support across social media, digital marketing, content, communications and fundraising campaigns. The senior team sets the strategy and direction, while you help turn those plans into well-executed activity. This role gives you broad exposure, genuine responsibility and the chance to build confidence across multiple areas of marketing. You’ll work approximately 25 hours over four days each week, with flexibility around how those hours are structured. Schedule, publish and manage content across social media channels Turn approved strategies and campaign plans into practical deliverables Maintain content calendars and keep marketing activity on schedule Support digital content, communications and fundraising campaigns Monitor activity, prepare reports and improve day-to-day workflows SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You’ll be a junior marketer with enough practical experience to confidently support digital marketing and social media activity. You may have gained this through employment, internships, freelance work, volunteering or a strong portfolio. You’ll be organised, reliable and comfortable managing your own workload. This role suits someone who enjoys completing work, taking initiative and contributing within an experienced team.
