CGR Services is recruiting a registered Social Worker to join the Middlemore Hospital, Ward 22 Mental Health Services for Older People (MHSOP) in Auckland. This 0.5 FTE, fixed-term position focuses on acute assessment, psychosocial support, and care coordination for older adults with complex mental health needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting service users and whānau towards safe community re-entry or residential care, and guiding legal processes such as PPPR. #J-18808-Ljbffr
