We’re looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to own customer delivery commitments, translate demand into achievable production outcomes, and ensure customers receive accurate information they can rely on — reinforcing our reputation as a trusted manufacturing partner. About the role The Customer Delivery Manager is the critical link between customers and operations, ensuring delivery commitments remain aligned with production capability. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a hands-on role for a highly organised and proactive professional who can interpret operational information, manage priorities, and communicate clearly when circumstances change. You’ll spend your time working closely with customers, production, supply chain, and logistics teams to build achievable schedules, identify delivery risks early, and ensure expectations remain aligned with operational reality. Strong ERP capability, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-through are essential. Key responsibilities Manage customer delivery commitments and act as the primary point of contact for order status and schedule changes Translate customer demand into achievable production schedules aligned with capacity and business priorities Use ERP, production, and supply chain information to identify delivery risks and coordinate corrective actions Proactively communicate schedule changes and manage customer expectations Coordinate across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics to achieve delivery commitments Maintain accurate ERP information and support planning, scheduling, and delivery decisions Lead and support material planning activities to align supply with production requirements Drive continuous improvement in planning, scheduling, and customer delivery performance About you Experience in customer delivery, production planning, scheduling, or operations coordination within a manufacturing environment Strong ERP/MRP capability and confidence working with operational data Able to identify risks early, understand operational impacts, and take action before issues escalates Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail Confident managing customer expectations and communicating difficult messages when required A practical problem-solver who takes ownership and delivers outcomes Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, coordinating people and priorities, and ensuring customers receive clear, reliable delivery commitments, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a capable, growing manufacturing business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
