Receptionist

As a Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include: Provide frontline support and customer service to a very high standard Answer all incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner (guideline within 4 rings) Maintain the main reception and café area to a very high standard To take service bookings for Volkswagen and Skoda Service Meeting and greeting customers on arrival at the dealership About You Our ideal candidate is someone who should also have: Presented well Highly organized to manage schedules, appointments, and files efficiently. Maintaining a positive, polite, and professional demeanor to create a strong first impression. Ability to manage multiple tasks—such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling emails—simultaneously.
