Freedom Lifestyle Villages (FLV) is seeking a General Manager Finance & Company Secretary to lead the finance function, review and reset structures, and oversee company secretarial, legal and technology oversight. Reporting to the CEO, this role partners with the Board and shareholders to drive capital management, budgeting, forecasting and performance visibility as FLV scales its retirement-living platforms across New Zealand.
