Southern Cross Wellington Surgical Centre, a new Orthopaedic day-stay surgery centre which opened in October 2025. It is a joint venture partnership between Southern Cross Healthcare and a group of local orthopaedic surgeons. We are looking for a skilled Anaesthetic Assistant to join our friendly team and support our Anaesthetists in the safe administration of anaesthesia and the delivery of timely, high-quality patient focused care in our two operating theatres. Surgeries performed in our facility include shoulder replacements, shoulder repairs, wrist and hand surgeries, soft tissue knee and ligament repairs, and foot and ankle surgeries.
