The Riverton Community Charitable Trust (RCCT) is seeking an office manager or experienced administrator to join our small, dedicated team and lead the day-to-day operations of our community-focused office. About the Riverton Charitable Community Trust RCCT is a not-for-profit organisation committed to enhancing the wellbeing of our local community through the delivery of social, cultural, health, and education services. We work alongside individuals, whānau, volunteers, community groups and other external agencies to provide accessible, high-quality support where it's needed most. About the role As our Office Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our offices. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines office management, administration, finance, governance support, compliance, HR administration, and community liaison. You will be responsible for ensuring our office operates efficiently, while providing professional, welcoming support. Key responsibilities include: Managing the day-to-day administration and operation of the RCCT office Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients, whānau, and visitors Maintaining accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and privacy Supporting financial administration, reporting, compliance, and funding requirements Providing governance support to the Trustees Maintaining HR documentation and supporting staff and volunteer processes Supporting a positive, collaborative workplace culture Building strong relationships with community organisations, agencies, and service providers Promoting RCCT's services and values within the community About you We're looking for an experienced office manager or administrator who enjoys working with people from all walks of life, and who is motivated by the opportunity to positively contribute to our community. Our ideal candidate will bring a broad office management or administration skillset, leadership capability, a good level of IT competency, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism, empathy, and care.
