It is our people and their talent that ensures the exceptional work we deliver for our clients. Due to growth, we are currently seeking Cabinet Makers. They will be responsible for assembling cabinetry and joinery components according to production drawings, specifications, and company quality standards. The role involves working with pre-cut panels, hardware, and fittings to produce high-quality cabinets efficiently and safely within a manufacturing environment. The roles will be 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime hours. Key Responsibilities Assemble cabinet carcasses, doors, drawers, and internal components. Install hardware including hinges, drawer runners, handles, and shelf supports. Follow production drawings and assembly instructions accurately. Ensure all cabinets are square, aligned, and structurally sound. Production Work Work efficiently to meet daily production targets. Prepare components and materials before assembly. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Quality Control Inspect assembled cabinets for defects or errors. Ensure all hardware is correctly installed and functioning. Report damaged components or quality issues. Tool Use Safely operate hand tools and power tools including: Drills and drivers Screwdrivers Measuring tools Clamps and squares Safety Follow workplace health and safety procedures. Use PPE and operate tools safely. Maintain a tidy and hazard-free workspace. Skills and Experience Required Min 3 years experience assembling custom cabinets, furniture, or joinery products. Ability to read production drawings. Experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Experience in a cabinetry or joinery workshop. Knowledge of cabinet hardware systems (e.g., concealed hinges, drawer runners). Experience with flat-pack or modular cabinet systems. Basic woodworking knowledge. Physical Requirements Ability to lift cabinet components and panels. Standing for extended periods. Manual handling of materials and assembled cabinets.
