Corporate Tax Senior Manager Location: This role would suit candidates based across East Kent and the Medway towns, including Canterbury, Maidstone, Ashford, Margate, Sittingbourne and surrounding areas. Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) Specialism: Corporate Tax Advisory Shape the Future of Corporate Tax Advisory Pro Tax is working with an established and growing professional services firm seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in the continued expansion of its advisory offering across Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded corporate tax professional who enjoys delivering high-quality advisory work, developing client relationships, and helping to drive business growth. You'll work with a diverse client portfolio ranging from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial growth companies through to large corporates, multinational groups, regulated businesses and listed entities. The role offers genuine autonomy, significant client exposure, and the opportunity to make a visible impact within a highly regarded tax team. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a broad range of corporate tax advisory projects. Advise clients on areas including: Corporate reorganisations and restructures Mergers and acquisitions Share incentive arrangements International tax matters Technical corporate tax planning and advisory projects Build and develop trusted client relationships. Identify and convert advisory opportunities into revenue-generating work. Provide technical guidance on complex corporate tax compliance matters. Support and mentor junior team members, helping to enhance technical and advisory capability. Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to provide integrated client solutions. Contribute to the continued growth and profile of the corporate tax offering. About You We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate: Essential CTA qualified or equivalent level of practical experience. Strong corporate tax experience gained within practice. Proven experience delivering corporate tax advisory work. Excellent technical knowledge of UK corporate taxation. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively. Desirable Experience supporting business development initiatives. Exposure to larger corporate groups, multinational clients, or complex structures. Previous mentoring or leadership experience.
