Te whiwhinga mahi| The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Hospital Operations by stepping into the inaugural, full time Transit Hub Charge Nurse role. As we transform the way patients move safely and efficiently through our hospital, you'll be at the forefront of developing a new service that brings together expert clinical leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for improving the patient experience. If you're an experienced nurse leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building high-performing teams, and wants to make a tangible difference to patient flow across the organisation, we'd love to hear from you. As the Charge Nurse, you will be able to manage the day to day requirements of the service delivery ensuring that delivery contributes to a better patient experience and health outcomes and is in line with organisational requirements.
