Job Description
IDEA Services supports people with intellectual disabilities to live at home and participate in their communities. You will assist clients with complex needs, manage risks, and provide safe, person-centered care during night shifts. Previous care experience is preferred; a calm, adaptable attitude, plus a NZ driver’s license, are important for this role.
