New Era Technology is seeking a customer-focused IT support technician to join our Canterbury team. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues at client sites, delivering friendly, effective technical assistance and guiding users through solutions. Role involves 38 hours weekly, Monday–Thursday 8 hours and Friday 6 hours; local travel across South and Mid Canterbury; a company vehicle is provided.
