Administrator – Evening Shift - Fixed Term Location: Sockburn, Christchurch We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team in Sockburn. This role is responsible for completing daily freight manifests, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing operational support to the transport team. Shift: Evening shift commencing at 3:00pm through to approximately 2:00am. Finish times may vary depending on freight volumes and may be earlier on some nights (e.g., around midnight). Key Responsibilities: Complete and process daily freight manifests Accurately enter data into transport management systems Provide administrative and operational support to the transport team Ensure timely and accurate documentation for inbound and outbound freight Support smooth workflow across transport operations. Must have: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Have great communication and be organised. Experience in transport, logistics, or administration is an advantage. Must be able to pass pre-employment checks and have the Rights to Work in NZ.
