Hōhepa Canterbury is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator (Support Worker) to help Jake live a full and independent life. You will provide personal care, monitor medications, assist with daily routines, and support household tasks in a safe home environment. This role requires evening and every second Sunday shifts, a NZ full driver's license, and a flexible, empathetic approach to building a trusting relationship with Jake.
