About The Role Our Drury branch is seeking a proactive Sales Branch Manager who possesses strong sales leadership skills. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, develop their team, and actively engage in the field to foster relationships and drive business growth. What We Offer Full-time position, Monday to Friday Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone provided Location: 2 Toiawaka Road, Drury In this role, you will support a knowledgeable team while being accountable for several key responsibilities: Driving sales growth by leading sales activities both in-branch and in the field. This includes identifying new opportunities and directly engaging with customers to expand market share. Ensuring customer satisfaction by building and maintaining robust relationships with customers and suppliers. You will also guide your team to provide excellent service and solutions. Overseeing branch goals by achieving sales and margin targets while maximizing revenue and managing costs for sustainable success. Maximizing product and service sales opportunities while ensuring optimal inventory management and adherence to Health and Safety compliance. A collaborative approach with a strong focus on driving results and motivating the team. Established managerial experience and substantial industry knowledge or relevant transferable sales experience.
