Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora Lakes seeks a Peer Support Worker for the new Rotorua mental health in-patient unit, Te Whare Oranga Tangata o Whakaue, opening late 2026. You will use lived experience to support recovery and wellbeing, working with a multidisciplinary team to empower clients toward their goals. Part-time role (up to 28 hours/week) with rotating shifts, potential on-call after hours.
